A new fluorosilicone-carbon composite material has realized mass production to solve brittle failure of conventional flexible substrates under ultra-low temperature below -40℃, a long-standing bottleneck restricting cold-environment sensor application. Combining weather resistance of fluorosilicone resin and high conductivity of carbon filler, the composite owns over 290% elongation and stands tens of thousands of repeated bending cycles, serving as core substrate for flexible sensors and intelligent functional textiles.

Our in-house material lab optimizes domestic formulation and launches pilot production. The upgraded materials are applied in cold-resistant wearable sensors, cold-chain monitoring terminals and low-temperature automotive interior fabrics. Beyond bulk raw material supply, our technical team provides customized material modification and process optimization service to shorten R&D cycle for downstream partners.
